A friend of mine filmed my first 2 day seminar in 2016. After watching the movie clip I realised that I was speaking a bit fast and was looking for ways to improve my speaking and presenting skills. I came across Toastmasters in Coffs Harbour. I joined and learned how to master public speaking successfully. I participated in speaking competitions and even won a few. I enjoy public speaking and want to offer some Keynotes to inspire health, longevity and wellbeing.
