Did you know that NLP can enhance your business?
Wouldn’t it be useful to have a box of tools and concepts to communicate more effectively?
Wouldn’t it be helpful to understand how to manage and lead others more easily?
What is NLP?
NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming stands for reprogramming your nervous system through the use of language.
NLP was developed in 1976, by Richard Bandler, a mathematician and John Grinder a linguist. Setting out to ‘model excellence’, they found patterns of thoughts and behaviours of successful communicators, and created techniques to reproduced their behaviour, so it can be taught to others.
Neuro—is the brain and the neuro transmitter that receive, interpret and transmit information
Linguistic—is the study of language and how it influences our thoughts and behaviours.
Programming—is the way we are ‘wired’ and how we can change this to positively and powerfully influence our lives.
NLP is a collection of practical techniques, skills and strategies that you can learn and use in all areas of your life.
NLP is a tool for
- Communication
- Business
- Training
- Management
- Coaching
A tool that helps you to understand the language of the mind, and the patterns and programs we run in life. When you understand these programs and patterns you can enhance what is working well for you and change what isn’t working.
Have you ever wondered why 5 people watch an accident, and we will get 5 different reports?
Have you ever asked yourself why your brother or sister have different memories of the same event?
We filter information in a different way!
One person might notice the negative, while the other person notices the positive.
Some people flourish on structure and team work, while others thrive on choices and options.
Some people will get inspired by seeing the big picture, while others get motivated by looking at the details.
Some people notice more what they see or what they feel, while others remember more by what they hear.
NLP helps us to understand how those programs were created and how to communicate more effectively because we can identify certain patterns. And if we can identify them, we can change them to create a better outcome.
